Will my customers know they're talking to AI?

Yes — and we think that matters. The greeting tells callers they're talking to an AI receptionist for your business. We don't try to fool anyone, and we've found customers don't mind once they realise it just works.

What happens when the AI gets it wrong?

If the conversation goes sideways, the call is gracefully transferred to your mobile or to voicemail with a transcription emailed to you straight away. You decide what "wrong" looks like during onboarding.

Where is my customer data stored?

In Sydney, Australia. Hey Cooee runs entirely on Australian infrastructure for sovereignty and Privacy Act compliance. Voice recordings, transcripts, and bookings never leave the country.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep the number your customers already know. We give you a dedicated Hey Cooee line, and you set up carrier-side forwarding from your existing number. Reversible instantly. Works for landlines and mobiles.

Can it integrate with my Google Calendar or Outlook?

Yes. Hey Cooee reads your existing calendar to find available slots and writes confirmed bookings back to it. Two-way sync, real-time. Available for Google Calendar, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.

What does setup actually involve?

Around 30 minutes. We walk you through it. You tell us your business hours, the kinds of bookings you take, and any quirks of how you like to run things. Then you switch on call forwarding and you're live.
